  3. Then follow our easy steps to sorting out the prob:

  6. 1. Swear loudly, always helps.
  7.  
  8. 2. Make sure you are using an A600, 1200, A4000.
  9.  
  10. 3. Take the disk back to the shop or P.D library *
  11.  
  12. 4. Threaten to rip the shopkeepers head off if he/she doesn't
  13.  
  14.    give you a replacement disk. Make sure you have the duff disk
  15.  
  16.    to give back to them so they can check it on their machine
  17.  
  18.  
  19. 5. You should be given a replacement disk.
  20.  
  21. 6. If the disk works on the shops machine, do a runner before you
  22.    go red.

  25. 7. If you unarchived the disk from CDROM, Internet,
  26.    just re-copy the disk.

  29. 8. Once you have the replacement, jump up and down with glee or something.

  33. If you got the disk from us here at A.F, just send the disk(s) back to
  34.  
  35. us here at A.F via post and we'll check it out.

  37. Don't forget to include your name and address and a stamp for 100% reply

  41. @7* Note to people who bought A.F from P.D libraries or shops, DO NOT

  43. send us the disks, take it back to where you got it from.

  45. It is not our fault a disk is dud, the disks we send to the libraries

  47. are always checked for errors, so it's probably just a naff disk. #4More>>>
